QueueFree is an operational infrastructure tool designed to manage hospital queues and patient flow. We do not access, process, or store Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or detailed clinical histories.Our platform requires minimal data to function—typically just a token number, an optional phone number for SMS alerts, and internal routing information.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the deployment model chosen by the hospital or clinic, we process the following data to facilitate the queue operations:
- Operational Queue Data: Token numbers, department routing, check-in timestamps, and estimated wait times.
- Communication Data: Phone numbers (solely for the purpose of sending automated queue position updates via SMS/WhatsApp).
- Staff/Admin Data: Basic contact information and login credentials for hospital staff using the command dashboard.
3. How We Use the Data
Data processed by QueueFree is used strictly to provide and improve the queue management service. Specifically:
- To broadcast live queue states to patients.
- To notify patients of doctor delays or when their turn is approaching.
- To provide hospital administrators with aggregated, anonymized analytics regarding wait times and department throughput.
4. Data Security & Storage
We employ enterprise-grade security measures to protect the data running through our infrastructure.

- Cloud Infrastructure: Hosted on secure, compliant AWS servers with 99.9% uptime SLAs.
- Data Retention: Temporary patient queue data is purged routinely based on the hospital's specific data retention policy. We do not build consumer profiles from patient data.

We do not sell, rent, or trade patient or hospital data. We may share operational data only with trusted infrastructure partners (e.g., SMS gateways) strictly necessary for delivering the service. These partners are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.
